Members must meet ALL criteria in order to receive a SNPhA graduation cord for their graduation ceremony:

1. Members must meet ALL criteria in order to receive a SNPhA cord upon graduation:

   1. Earn a minimum of 5 points per year for TWO years of paid membership

   2. Does NOT include points given for:

      1. Attendance to National Conferences

      2. Chairing an event does NOT count as receiving double the points for participating at the same event

      3. A maximum of 5 points for attending General Board Meetings.

   3. If a student has only been a member for one year, they are required to make up the points that is stated above. In total, the member must earn 10 points during that one year of paid membership.

   4. If a student was a paid member for two years but did not meet the required minimum of points per year, they must make up the difference in points as stated above. The member must complete a total of 10 points.

   5. Must be a paid member during their P4 year

2. If there should be any disputes with the above criteria. It is up to the discretion of the Executive Board and the SNPhA Advisor to decide whether a student deserves a SNPhA cord based upon the dedication to SNPhA’s mission and core values.

3. As a SNPhA chapter we understand the difficulties of P4’s receiving points, thus we have created this list of areas to earn points while away at rotations:

   1. Attend webinars held by National Initiatives throughout the year

   2. Write and submit one article for monthly chapter newsletter (Maximum: 1 per month = 1 point each)

   3. Attend or organize a SNPhA event

      1. May collaborate with an initiative chair for an event

   4. Send a professional picture of yourself at your rotation site to the Newsletter/Historian Chair or President-Elect for the SNPhA Instagram account (Maximum: 1 per rotation = 1 point each)

      1. Must be pharmacy-related and depict what you are doing at the rotation site

   5. Attending the Regional Conference
